Curse of the Mayans

A well-known researcher and archaeologist, Janusz Livingstone, broke away from the expedition to the Amazon jungle and decided to prioritize his own interest over the good of science. Blinded by the lust for profit, he stole maps and on his own sought out the lost temple of Ahpuch, the Mayan god of death, disease, and decay. His suicidal expedition must have been successful because a plague of mysterious disease has spread across all of South America. To save the continent from the curse of the epidemic, you must retrieve the statue of Ahpuch, which Janusz stole from the interior of the temple, and return it to the altar. From the airplane, you can already see the ruins of the building and the archaeologist's cabin.
