In the Shadow of the Pyramids

It's the year 1936. Near the Egyptian city of Tanis, amidst ancient ruins, devastated by the ravages of time and nature, a Nazi military force conducting an archaeological dig was unexpectedly spotted. The alarmed British intelligence came to the conclusion that the Nazis must have uncovered something extremely valuable, for they had ventured into a foreign country with such an unusual military expedition. But what could be hidden in such a desolate and cut-off from civilization place? The British government turned to you, a group of local scientists and archaeologists, to venture into that place and investigate the intentions of the Nazis. The German forces must not find out about your presence, so remember: your mission is solely to gather information and report back to headquarters as soon as possible. According to the plan, you were supposed to meet with British agents, who were hurriedly sent from Cairo, in order to begin the whole operation. Unfortunately, a sandstorm prevented you from making contact with them. The situation has become extremely risky, but you have decided to start your reconnaissance, hoping that these agents will join your mission in due course. Will you uncover the secret of the Nazis lurking in the shadow of the pyramids?
